At Vibe Mens Wears, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple return process under the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- You must initiate the return within 2 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide a full unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the product’s condition.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Undergarments or innerwear (due to hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Products returned without the required unboxing video
- Products returned beyond the 2-day window
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We allow exchanges only in the following cases:
- Size mismatch
- Wrong or defective item received (must be proven via unboxing video)

5. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
We are not liable for return packages lost in transit.
