At Vibe Menswears, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return, refund, or cancellation.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@vibemenswears.com with your order details.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Tags and labels are intact.
A valid reason for return is provided (e.g., size issue, defective item, wrong product delivered).
Items such as innerwear, accessories, and discounted products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance reasons.
3. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method (via Razorpay).
It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong product delivered).
4. Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
