At Vibe Menswears, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return, refund, or cancellation.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at support@vibemenswears.com with your order details.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

    • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    • Tags and labels are intact.

    • A valid reason for return is provided (e.g., size issue, defective item, wrong product delivered).

  • Items such as innerwear, accessories, and discounted products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance reasons.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

  • It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong product delivered).


4. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
